The Old-Town Mansion

This gracious old mansion in the historic section of town hosts a well-attended Christmas tea each year.

Musicians playing carols in the background add to the festive atmosphere.

They serve tiny sandwiches, assorted cheeses and crackers, pickles and more.

Of course one must taste their famous buttery scones with their homemade strawberry jam or marmalade, the gingerbread cookies, cherry squares and light-as-air pecan shortbread.
